Text Message sent through the site are not monitored, read, scanned, filtered or altered per the communications decency act of 1996 and the content of messages sent using Text Canada are the sole responsibility of the sender in all situations.

Users of Text Canada may not send through the service the following: spam, junk mail, promotions, marketing materials, unlawful or racist or otherwise abusive content.

Text Canada may not be used to commit any unlawful act or to misrepresent the identity of the user.

Text Canada does not gaurentee the realiability of it's service and therefor shall not be used for any critical or important messages and the site shall not be responsible or liable for any decisions, actions or events based on text messages or failed of delivery of text messages.
